Shipping Policy – GharKart

Thank you for shopping with GharKart! Below is our policy on shipping, delivery timelines, tracking, and how we handle lost or missing orders.
1. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders (i.e., orders paid in advance) within India.
(If your store allows COD, you may add a nominal shipping charge — specify that here if you plan to.)
2. Shipping Time

Standard delivery: 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note: shipping times exclude delays due to customs, natural events, or force majeure.
3. Lost / Missing Packages

Please ensure your billing and shipping address is correct while placing the order — mistakes there can’t always be reversed later.

If there is an error on our part (wrong address assigned by us, dispatch error etc.), we will take full responsibility and arrange a replacement or refund.

For packages lost in transit, we’ll work with the courier to trace them and resolve the issue.
4. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you the tracking number / link so you can monitor progress.

If the tracking status shows “no information available” initially, don’t worry — many couriers take 2–5 business days to update the system.

If more than 5 business days have passed since dispatch and you still see no update, contact us so we can investigate.
5. Partial Shipments
If you happen to order multiple items (in future), sometimes we may send them in separate packages due to logistical reasons or warehouse limitations, even if you've selected combined shipping.
